L.E.A.D.E.R.S. The Life Improvement Program

The L.E.A.D.E.R.S life improvement program is a 12-week program that is structured to develop the complete child.  Within this program, students will receive one-on-one tutoring and mentoring two times per week.  “Group Meets,” which are group/team building activities, will occur 1-2 times per week with occasional weekend field trips.  Within the Group Meets, students will participate in games and lectures, as well as field trips.  They will also receive life skills education through career planning, financial planning, college counseling, and cultural/arts exposure to broaden the perspective of each participant.  All participants will also receive information and/or hands on volunteering experience in different careers in which they are interested in pursuing.
