The Real- World Projects: Cycle 1
Welcome to the “Real-World Projects” sponsored by Acewall Scholars and Acewall Entertainment. This self-funded project allows us to reinvest in the community by giving participants training and experience to showcase their artistry.
Our 2021 partners for this project included Stars in Motion Performing Arts Academy in Powhatan, VA (https://starsinmotionpaa.com/Academy), Da Spot Recording Studio in Richmond, VA (http://daspotrecordingstudio.com/), and BES Studios ( https://www.besstudios.com).
The Real-World Project highlights the importance of the performing arts allowing its participants to gain real-world experience on a mainstream project. This project also focuses on inclusivity. We made it our goal to include a diverse group of sizes and races. Many of our participants also received stipends to participate.
The COVID-19 Pandemic tremendously affected the arts community. 2021’s project highlighted dance, music, and acting. Scroll down to view pictures of our “Real World Project: Cycle 1”.
